Super Premium coffee
We are delighted to share our passion for coffee with you.
From farming to production.
From cultural heritage to single origins.
From quality extraction to the human component behind it.
A coffee tree takes around 28 months to grow.
Once fully developed, it produces over 4,000 berries a year.
The berries are collected, sorted and stripped of the fruit to reveal the seed.
Our cherished coffee bean.
That bean is dried and carefully roasted.
Leaving an annual yield of 1 to 1.5 pounds of final product, from those 4.000 cherries.
At 1800 meters above sea level, in the Colombian department of Caldas, Chinchina takes great pride in its coffee producing culture, backed by four generations of expertise.
Their standards consist of the utmost attention to detail, commitment to sustainable farming, consistent work ethic, and dedication to producing the best.
The recipe to their success is topped off by Mother Nature’s magic manifested through a series of microclimates found on these high-altitude farms.
These conditions give way to an exquisitely complex and high-quality bean.
